The Emerald package includes everything in the Sapphire and Ruby package, plus:
Pre-Event Planning:
- Assist with determining budget
- Encourage a separate wedding account
- Secure ceremony and reception sites
- Incorporate theme and colors throughout
- Locate and schedule appointments with: Baker, Bartender, Caterer, Decor rental, DJ/Musicians, Florist, Harpist / Ceremony music, Hotel Accommodations, Negotiate special rates and provide recommendations, Deliver welcome baskets and itinerary cards to out-of-town guests, Officiant, Transportation company, Photographer / Videographer
- Review banquet and beverage order one month prior
- Review reception plans and details
- Attend final walk through
- Assist with table assignments, if desired
- Secure reserved table signage
- Collaborate with the host / hostess of the ceremony and reception
Rehearsal:
- Finish walk-through with officiant, musicians, and ushers
- Coordinate wedding party gifts with family, if applicable
